Chief Executive Officer
Rob has been an integral part of Ramp Health’s success since co-founding the company in 2002. Starting as CFO and COO, he eventually became CEO in 2019, and his leadership and vision have been instrumental in transforming the company from a local wellness coaching provider to a leading national healthcare provider. Through Rob’s strategic vision and commitment to providing quality healthcare services, Ramp Health has grown from 5 employees in 2002 to over 250 today and is now a leader in the industry.
Bill Haase
President
Bill is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, analytics, operations, leadership and development, sales, and human resources partnering. As our President, Bill plans a visionary expansion of Ramp Health, which capitalizes on the company’s strength as a healthcare provider, including health and well-being, safety and injury prevention, clinical services, a digital platform, and AI. He also assists the CEO with forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and obtaining funding.
Justin Thomas
Chief Operating Officer
Justin has been with Ramp Health since 2006. As the COO, he oversees daily operations and the executive team. Justin designs and implements business strategies, plans, and procedures based on a consistent flow of client and participant feedback. He has his finger on the pulse of what clients in all industries need to reach the wellbeing goals of their unique populations.
Amber Boyer
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Amber develops and customizes Ramp Health’s products, solutions, and service delivery strategies to ensure client expectations are always exceeded. She also oversees client services, wellbeing content development, and companywide training.

Steve has consistently led teams on national and global scales, specializing in the Health, Wellbeing, and Digital Platform domains. Notably, in 2010, Steve played a pivotal role in propelling a leading platform provider from its startup roots as a standalone wellness offering to achieving the status of the largest incentive-based wellness program in the USA. Steve enjoys sharing our comprehensive single-source approach, aimed at delivering unparalleled products, services, and risk-reduction solutions to prospective clients.
Danny Patterson

As the CTO, Danny is primarily responsible for leading the development and innovation of our technology platform. Danny oversees the platform technology team, including engineering, user experience, quality assurance, content, and platform operations. Danny brings 20+ years of experience in the development of innovative technology platforms and managing diverse teams of technical talent.

As the EVP of Healthcare Solutions, Tina’s responsibilities include managing recruitment, training, and deployment of healthcare professionals and developing and executing healthcare programs including COVID-19 testing, vaccination, biometric screening, wellness, and other healthcare initiatives.
Cindy Reberg
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Cindy provides leadership and oversight for all facets of Ramp Health’s marketing strategy. With extensive experience in marketing, sales and internal communications, Cindy has held leadership positions spanning the news and information, media and entertainment, and healthcare industries. She has a high degree of focus on streamlining, simplifying and delivering marketing messages that best align with the needs of our employer, health plan and government clients.
Nathan Vogels
Executive Lead – Clinical and Compliance
With extensive experience in emergency medicine, clinical operations, logistics management, training program development, and policy implementation, Nathan collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer to create comprehensive training courses to maintain compliance and standardization.
One of Nathan’s notable achievements was his pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of flu and COVID vaccination programs with organizations including FEMA and the RNC.

Gene joined Ramp Health in 2002 as one of the company’s founders. He is responsible for strategic relationships with carrier, health benefits, property and casualty partners, and enterprise clients across the U.S. Gene plays a critical role in connecting organizations with health management and injury prevention solutions to support the needs of their populations.

Director of Regulatory Affairs
As the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Ashish has 15+ years of experience in the industry. He continuously monitors the certification and licensing of our healthcare professionals and ensures that all Ramp Health products and services abide by the regulatory standards outlined by the FDA or ICH.
Dr. Sunil Pandit
Laboratory Director
As the Laboratory Director, Sunil is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory, including the employment of competent personnel, equipment, safety, laboratory policies, quality assurance, all testing (including proficiency testing), and test reports.
