How do I request an on-site flu shot clinic?

Contact us and we will send you a service agreement. We must have a signed agreement before confirming any dates.

When should my organization offer flu shots?

People should get a flu vaccination before the flu begins spreading in your community. At Ramp Health, we generally administered from mid-September thru December, but it is beneficial to get a flu shot at any time.

Who should get a flu shot?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, everyone six months of age and older should get a flu vaccination every flu season with rare exception.

 

Who should not get a flu shot?

People with a severe allergy to eggs or other components of the vaccine. People who are significantly ill with a fever should wait until symptoms subside before getting their flu shot. Children less than six months old. Possibly people with a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS). For the most detailed and current list, go to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

What is a quadrivalent vaccine?

A quadrivalent influenza (flu) vaccine is designed to protect against four different flu viruses, including two influenza A viruses and two influenza B viruses.
